I love cookbooks, and this little beauty is a welcome addition to my bookshelf full of them. Smurthwaite offers up Italian recipes that will make your mouth water!
There are recipes for sauces, pastas, Italian breads, main dishes, and Italian desserts like biscotti and cannolis. Yum!
I tried the Tuscany Tomato Soup and it hit the spot! Other recipes that I plan to try include the Ciabatta Bread, Holy Cannoli, Laura's Almond Pesto, Perfection White Sauce, and Uncle Dale's Eggplant Parmesan.
I have to mention how I like the look and feel of the cover of the cookbook. It has raised text on a matte finish, I just like to rub it!
